Having visited various hospitals I have to say the Highfield stands out by a mile. As soon as you arrive you are met with a pleasant helpful reception team in all of the buildings on the site.
Hospital admission was straight forward with the porters showing you to the required area and explaining how things work.
The nurses are the best i have experienced, chatty, caring, interested and obviously enjoy working at the hospital and this experience was the same on any shift.
The food was excellent and the place was spotless.
Such a refreshing change.

I have always had a positive experience at the Alexandra Hospital, as a patient and as a carer of someone else visiting the hospital.
Your staff are fantastic, such a wonderful group of people, always customer/patient focused and always in good spirits!

I was an extremely nervous patient. The theatre staff were excellent and put me at ease. All the staff from receptionist to nurse were friendly, helpful and reassuring.
Nothing was ever too much trouble.
I would always select the Alexandra for any treatment that I require now or in the future.
